• Suitable for internal & external use
• Provides a permanently flexible long lasting seal
• Adheres to virtually all materials
• Everbuild EVERFLEX 195 has improved adhesion characteristics when compared to conventional acrylic sealants
• Contains a powerful fungicide to prevent mould growth and can be over painted if required

Application

1. All surfaces must be clean and dust free, all loose or flaking surface coatings
2. Remove old sealant and mastic joints before application
3. Highly porous substrates such as new plaster should first be primed with Everbuild PVA bond diluted 1:4 with water

Areas For Use

• Internal and external sealing around timber o rmetal window & door frames
• Filling gaps and cracks in general decorating applications
• Pointing to PVCU profile, trim and cladding
• Internal sealing around PVCU window and door frames
• Sealing cracks and gaps in brickwork, stone, plaster concrete
• Adhesive for bonding polystyrene coving and tiles, bonding cork tiles
• Gap and crack filler prior to decorating
• Sealing around baths basins etc
